Campaign Dashboard

The Campaign Dashboard is where you manage all your landing page campaigns within a workspace.

  • To access the Campaign Dashboard, click on Campaigns in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • When you first start, if you haven't created any campaigns, the dashboard will display a message saying "No campaigns yet." It also shows a prompt, "Ready to make your first impact? Start New Campaign".

  • Once campaigns are created, the dashboard shows a list of your campaigns.

  • For each campaign listed, you can see:

    • A preview image of the campaign.

    • The Campaign Name.

    • The Status of the campaign (e.g., "Published").

    • Summary statistics: All Pages, Seen Pages, Total Views, and Total Conversion.

Campaign Dashboard Actions

From the Campaign Dashboard, you can perform several actions:

  • Sort Campaigns: Use the "Sort by" option in the top right to organize your campaign list.

  • Create New Campaign: Click the "New Campaign" button in the top right corner or the prominent "Start New Campaign" button if no campaigns exist.

  • Preview Campaign: Click the Preview button next to a campaign entry to see a preview. In the preview, you can see the template or a preview for a specific page by selecting it from the dropdown menu. On the specific page, variables from the base template will be replaced with the proper data.

  • Edit Campaign: Click the Edit button next to a campaign entry to open it in the page editor. Here is the documentation about the Editor.

  • More Options (Vertical Ellipsis): Clicking the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to a campaign entry provides additional options:

    • Page List: View the individual pages within that campaign. This view shows a table with each page's Slug, Status (e.g., "Missing Variables"), and a View option.

    • Duplicate: Create a copy of the campaign.

    • Delete: Delete the campaign.

Managing Pages within a Campaign (Page List View)

To access the Page List View, click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the Edit Button and choose Page List.

When you view the Page List for a campaign:

  • You see a table listing each page, including its Slug and Status.

  • Possible Statuses are:

    • Generating: The page is being generated.

    • Generated: The page was successfully generated.

    • Missing variables: Some variables used on the page do not have values assigned from CSV import or API/Clay.

  • If the campaign is published, you can View an individual page under its final URL.

  • If the campaign is in a draft status, you can Preview an individual page under its private URL.

  • For each page in the list, there is a vertical ellipsis (three dots) providing a Delete option to delete the individual page.

Creating a New Campaign

To create a new landing page campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns dashboard.

  2. Click the "New Campaign" button in the top right or the "Start New Campaign" button if visible.

  3. This will open a page with a few templates that you can use. You can also skip this step and start from scratch by clicking a link “here” above the template list.

  4. Selecting a template by clicking on the tile will open a preview page with the template. You can chose to use it by clicking “Use Template”, or you can go back to the list by clicking a back arrow in the top left corner.

  5. Clicking "Use Template" creates a new campaign based on that template and opens it in the page editor.
