Managing Workspaces

LiftPilot uses workspaces to help you organize your campaigns, forms, users, settings, and integrations. You can switch between different workspaces you have access to.

Switching Workspaces

Your current workspace name is displayed in the top left corner of the navigation menu.

  1. To switch workspaces, click on the arrow next to the current workspace name in the top left corner.

  2. A menu will appear showing a list of workspaces you can switch to.

  3. Select the desired workspace from the list.

Editing Workspace Settings

You can edit the name and image/favicon for a workspace. This functionality is accessible from within the workspace itself.

  1. If you want to edit your active workspace settings, click the icon next to the workspace name in the top left of the sidebar.

  2. If you want to edit other workspace settings that you have access to, click the workspace name in the top left to open the dropdown with the list of workspaces. In the list of workspaces, locate the workspace you want to edit and click the icon next to its name.

  3. In the "Edit Workspace" modal, you can:

    • Edit the Workspace Name.

    • Upload or remove a Workspace Image / Favicon. The recommended image size is 400x400 pixels.

  4. Click Save Settings to apply your changes.

  5. There is also a Delete Workspace option available in this modal.

Creating a New Workspace

You can create additional workspaces within LiftPilot (available in Advanced and Enterprise plans).

  1. Click the name of your workspace in the top left corner to open the workspace list.

  2. From the menu that appears, click the New Workspace button.

  3. This opens a "Create New Workspace" modal.

  4. In this modal, you can enter the Workspace Name.

  5. You can also upload a Workspace Image / Favicon. The recommended image size is 400x400 pixels.

  6. Click Save Settings to create the new workspace.
